Operations, Experience Optimization, AI Workflows
Jason has more than 28 years of experience leading both operational, client services, and business development teams in several boutique marketing firms in both Oregon and California. He has done work for leading companies including Hawaiian Airlines, Air New Zealand, Outrigger Hotels and Resorts, Microsoft, Intel, Dell, and Oracle. In his spare time, he runs a small, successful photography business. He’s an avid hiker, skier, and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.

Katie Stout
Marketing Strategy & Operations

Katie holds both an MBA and MGM (Master of Global Management) and has more than 20 years experience leading global, cross-functional marketing and communication teams at JWT,  BBDO, McGarryBowen, MRY,  CP&B and Dentsu. She has worked with leading global clients including Toyota, Campbell's Soup, Brand USA, Target, the NFL, Mitsubishi, Neutrogena, Facebook, Microsoft and Intel. Katie is an avid runner, completing all of the Abbot World Marathon Majors.
